AME University & Liberia National Police Seal Transformative Partnership

In a bold step toward reshaping the future of education and national security, the Liberia National Police and the African Methodist Episcopal University today signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding aimed at advancing capacity building and professional development. Held on the vibrant AMEU campus, the ceremony marked a game-changing moment—positioning AMEU as a national leader in delivering hands-on, career-driven education that empowers Criminal Justice students through real-world training, mentorship, and future employment pathways.

Deputy Inspector General Hon. William K. Mulbah underscored the critical need to prepare the next generation of law enforcement leaders. At the same time, Inspector General Hon. Gregory O. W. Coleman reaffirmed the LNP’s commitment to human rights, dignity, and transformational service.

AMEU President Alvin E. Attah celebrated the partnership as a forward-looking alliance that blends academic excellence with national impact—one that sets a new benchmark for institutional collaboration in Liberia.

Together, we’re not just building careers—we’re building a safer, smarter Liberia.
